Join your organization
Get the join code or QR from your child's worship center, school, or daycare, enter it in the Havyn app, and you're connected. If your children attend more than one place, you can join more than one organization.

Add your children
Add each child with their first name, last name, date of birth, and boy or girl — that's all it takes. You can add allergies and medical notes any time from the child's profile, and staff will see the important ones at check-in.

Drop off in seconds
When you arrive, your app shows a one-time check-in code. Show it to the worker, and your child is checked in — no paper, no queue. You'll get a notification confirming they're safely in.

Get notified, stay in the loop
Havyn tells you the moment your child is checked in, and again when they're picked up. If closing time passes and your child still hasn't been collected, Havyn lets you know — and keeps reminding until they're safely in someone's care.

Someone else picking up? Approve them.
Can't collect your child yourself? Create a delegated pickup: Havyn gives your delegate a code, and gives you a private PIN to pass to them directly. They need both to collect your child — so a lost code alone is never enough. You can cancel any time, and you're notified when the pickup happens.

Only the right adult takes them home
No matter how busy the room, your child leaves only with you or someone you've approved — and every pickup is recorded. That's the whole point of Havyn: peace of mind, every single time.
